Harvested entirely from grapes grown in the highest quality vineyards throughout South Eastern Australia
A full-bodied and vivacious wine, intense red in colour with strong varietal hues. Earthy varietal characters with rich aromas of stewed plum and ground white pepper. Matured in a mixture of one year old French and American oak casks. Smooth mid-palate alongside overtones of defined tannins.
Ideal to drink now or cellar to 10 years where it will develop further complexities
Ideal with all red meats and pasta dishes.

Harvested entirely from our selected in the highest quality vineyards throughout South Eastern Australia
Clear gold with some straw hues in colour. Apples and melons aromas with a hint of subtle vanillin French oak.
A full bodied and elegant white wine with well balanced acid and a natural sweetness which rounds off the length of palate. A hint of butterscotch balanced with gentle tannins. Full of flavour and strong varietal Chardonnay characters typical of this region.
Drink now or can be cellared for up to 5 years. Will develop further complexities with bottle age. Suitable accompaniment with all white meats and pastas and stir-fry.

Pale straw in colour with green hues. A light bodied wine with refreshing acidity and subtle tannins. An uplifted nose with rounded varietal flavours and a full length of palate.
Drink within two years of bottling.
A suitable accompaniment to seafood, sushi, grilled white meats or simply on its own as an Aperitif.
